The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is currently evaluating a proposal from the Nepal Cricket Association to hold a bilateral cricket series. The administrative process remains proactive, with Nafees noting that the board operates on long-term projections. Planning for practice sessions for 2026 was finalized back in 2025, and similar preparations for 2027 are scheduled for 2026. This strategy allows the board to maintain a structured training environment while fine-tuning details as needed. Regarding the imminent series against Afghanistan, the BCB expects to receive confirmation on specific venues in the coming week.
