One year following the tragic drowning of Malcolm-Jamal Warner in Costa Rica, his widow, Tenisha Warner, has initiated legal action against the actor’s mother. In total, the lawsuit contends that the estate owes the plaintiff at least $1,276,042.46, plus interest and legal fees. Tenisha Warner stated through her attorney that she spent the past year attempting to settle the estate privately. She noted that her husband had intended to update his estate plan, which dated back to 1996, but died before he could finalize those changes to provide for her and their young daughter.
