Representing the UAE, Khamzat Chimaev made quick work of former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, pinning him in just one minute and 34 seconds during the headline match of the Real American Freestyle tournament in Moscow.
The event featured a high-caliber field of Olympic and world-class competitors. Two-time Olympic gold medalist Abdulrashid Sadulaev secured an 8-6 victory against the United States’ Zac Braunagel, while Kyle Snyder successfully defended his title with an 11-5 win over Akhmed Tazhudinov. Additionally, Kyle Dake retained his championship strap by narrowly defeating Mahamedkhabib Kadzimahamedau 7-6.
Several athletes dominated their opponents with 10-0 technical superiority decisions, including Jordan Burroughs over Magomed Kurbanaliev and Kennedy Blades against Vusala Parfianovich. In other bouts, Bo Nickal outpointed Shirvani Muradov 11-8, and Jason Nolf advanced past Ismail Khaniev on criteria following a 5-5 draw.
The card also saw Sharabutdin “Shara Bullet” Magomedov claim an 11-3 win over Neiman Gracie, while Yusuf Raisov defeated Marif Piraev 12-2 via technical superiority. Pouya Rahmani bested Anatoly Malykhin 10-3, Zahid Valencia earned a 9-5 decision against Ibragim Kadiev, and Vito Arujau secured a decisive 13-3 technical superiority victory over Olympic champion Soslan Ramonov.
