Surrounded by friends in a festive turmeric ceremony setting, a video of the pair quickly circulated across social media, leaving many viewers wondering if the visuals were taken from an upcoming television drama or an actual personal celebration.
However, the real story behind the viral footage is tied to a commercial campaign. The duo joined hands for a promotional shoot for a fashion house that specializes in designing and selling wedding wear, which used the festive theme as part of their marketing efforts.
Off-screen, Towsif and Safa share a long-standing friendship that predates their entertainment careers. Although they began their professional journeys in the showbiz industry around the same time, their bond was already well established. The close friends recently returned from a group trip to Sylhet alongside fellow actors Mumtahina Chowdhury Toya and Sayed Zaman Shawon.
The Sylhet getaway was organized to mark Towsif’s birthday on October 27, which he celebrated in the company of his wife and close friends. Actor Siam Ahmed was also invited to join the celebration but was ultimately forced to miss the trip at the last minute due to a busy work schedule.
