Indian television actress Charlie Chauhan has officially married national-level cricketer Ramandeep Singh. The couple exchanged vows on Friday, August 7, during a traditional Punjabi ceremony held at a Gurdwara, surrounded by close family and friends. The wedding was attended by several of Ramandeep’s cricketing peers, including Arshdeep Singh, Naman Dhir, Ashwini Kumar, and Jassinder Singh.
Following the ceremony, Charlie shared photos of their wedding on social media, prompting an outpouring of well-wishes from figures in both the sports and entertainment industries, including Indian cricketer Shubman Gill. In her Instagram post, the actress captioned the images, “Our eight-year journey, finally forever,” revealing that the couple had kept their long-term relationship private for nearly a decade.
Ramandeep Singh began his professional cricket career during the 2016-17 season, representing Punjab in the inter-state T20 tournament. He is currently a key player for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and was a member of the squad that secured the IPL championship title in 2024. For the wedding, the groom opted for a cream-colored embroidered sherwani paired with a maroon turban, while the bride wore a traditional maroon lehenga complemented by heavy jewelry.
Charlie Chauhan rose to prominence through her role in the television series ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan.’ Her career also includes appearances on popular shows such as ‘Roadies,’ ‘Best Friends Forever,’ ‘Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya,’ and ‘Nach Baliye 5.’ Notably, Charlie was previously in a high-profile relationship with actor and dancer Kunwar Amar, with whom she appeared as a popular television couple on ‘Nach Baliye.’ After that relationship ended, she eventually found her way to Ramandeep, with whom she has now started a new chapter of her life.
