Sir David Beckham has secured a £38.5m payout from his business interests in sports, media, and fashion following a record-breaking financial year. The 2026 Men’s Football World Cup played a significant role in this success, driving substantial profit growth for his company, DRJB Holdings.

The firm, which houses the Beckham brand, recorded profits of nearly £50m in 2025, marking a 46% increase over the previous year. Total sales climbed from £72.2m to £84m. This financial jump was largely powered by numerous advertising deals negotiated ahead of the tournament with global brands, including Bank of America, McDonald’s, Verizon, and PepsiCo Lay’s. According to the former England star’s DRJB Holdings, which includes the Beckham brand,, An almost £50m profit in 2025, a 46% jump compared to a year earlier.

As Britain’s first billionaire sportsman, Beckham appeared frequently in campaigns throughout the summer event. In the United States specifically, viewers encountered him in commercials for brands like Stella Artois, Home Depot, and Lay’s crisps. Beyond tournament-linked marketing, revenue was further bolstered by the expansion of his health supplements business and new product launches, such as menswear collections for Hugo Boss, signature Adidas Predator football boots, and an eyewear collaboration with Safilo.

The company issued dividends totaling £38.9m, followed by an additional special payment of £46.6m after the fiscal year concluded. Given his significant ownership stake in the enterprise, Beckham’s personal share of these dividends amounted to approximately £38.5m. The remaining interest in DRJB is held by New York-based Authentic Brands Group, which manages various high-profile celebrity brands and companies like Reebok.

Corey Salter, the entertainment chief executive at Authentic, praised the year’s performance, noting that the results confirm Beckham’s status as one of the most powerful global brands in lifestyle, entertainment, and sport. He highlighted the progress made through new partnerships, philanthropic efforts, and overall brand development.

Beckham previously faced scrutiny for his role as an ambassador for the 2022 Men’s Football World Cup in Qatar, a country where same-sex relationships are illegal. Addressing the controversy at the time, he defended his participation as being part of an important competition. He also maintained that he had engaged directly with the LGBTQ community during the course of the tournament.
